Hallitus on päättänyt kokouksessaan 1.3. esittää ohessa olevaa dokumenttia hallituksen muutosesitykseksi killan säännöistä.
Hallituksen muutosesitys säännöistä
Kyseinen ehdotus killan uusiksi säännöiksi käsitellään kiltakokouksessa 13.3., ja sitä voi kommentoida myös ennen kokousta tähän Forum-postaukseen tai AivanVirallinen-kanavalla Telegramissa.
Oleellisimmat muutokset ovat seuraavat:
- Yleinen uudelleenmuotoilu ja siistiminen
- Killan varsinaisen jäsenyyden ehtojen muutos
→ Laajennettu kaikkiin Aallon opiskelijoihin, eikä vaan AYY:n jäseniin
→ Lukukausi on nyt 1.9 - 31.8 eikä Aallon 1.8-30.7 - Yhdistys- ja kannatusjäsenluokkien poistaminen
- Erottamisperiaatteet ja esto killan toiminnassa eettisen ohjesäännön kurinpitotoimien mahdollistajana
→ Jäsenen erottaminen killasta
→ Kielto osallistua toimintaan
→ Luottamus- tai toimihenkilön erottaminen virastaan - Vuosi- ja vaalikokousten tehtävälistauksien päivitys
- Etäosallistumismahdollisuus killan kokouksiin
- Ohjesääntöjen hyväksymistapa
Kun säännöt on hyväksytty kahdessa peräkkäisessä kiltakokouksessa ja PRH on ne hyväksynyt, ne käännätetään englanniksi ammattikääntäjällä.
The board has decided in its meeting on 1.3. to present the attached document as the board’s proposal for changes to the rules of the guild.
The proposal for the guild’s new rules will be discussed at the guild meeting on 13.3., and you can also comment on it before the meeting on this Forum post or on the AivanVirallinen channel on Telegram.
The most important changes are the following:
- General redesign and cleanup
- A change in the terms of the guild’s actual membership
→ Expanded to all Aalto students, not just AYY members
→ The semester is now 1.9 - 31.8 and not that of Aalto (1.8-30.7) - Removal of association and support member categories
- Expulsion principles and the ability to ban a person from guild activity (to support the Code of Conduct steps of action)
→ Removing a member from the guild
→ Prohibition to participate in the guild activity
→ Dismissal of a trustee or official - Updating the official tasks of the annual and election meetings
- Possibility of remote participation in guild meetings
- Method of approval of standing orders (standing orders = official guidelines, such as the Code of Conduct or guidelines for badges of honor)
After the rules have been confirmed (in two consecutive guild meetings) and PRH has approved of them, they will be professionally translated into English.
