Automaatio- ja systeemitekniikan killan vaalikokouksia järjestetään kaksi ja ne pidetään 18.10.2022 sekä 16.11.2022 osoitteessa Maarintie 8. Vaalikokouksissa valitaan AS:n vuoden 2023 hallituksenmuodostaja/puheenjohtaja, hallitus, ja toimikuntien johtajat. Lisäksi killan sääntöjä ollaan muuttamassa näissä kokouksissa. Näiden jälkeen avautuu myös toimihenkilöhaku.
Vaalien pääalustana tulee toimimaan tämä foorumi. Keskustelua vaaleihin liittyvissä aiheissa voi käydä myös Telegramin AivanVirallinen-kanavalla.

2.10. klo 15, Otarannan kattosauna: Rekrysauna. Mikäli johonkin pestiin haku kiinnostaa, tule kuulemaan infoa AS:n viroista ja saunomaan.
13.10. klo 17, TUAS sali AS2: Sääntö Q&A. Keskustelua sääntöuudistuksesta.
14.10. klo 16, TUAS sali TU7 Hallituksenmuodostajaehdokkaiden hiillostus: Tule hiillostamaan hallituksenmuodostajahakijoita.
18.10. klo 16, TUAS sali TU7 Ensimmäinen vaalikokous: Valitaan hallituksenmuodostaja ja käsitellään ensimmäisen kerran killan uusia sääntöjä.
13.11. Hallituksenmuodostajan ehdotus hallituksesta kiltalaisille
16.11. klo 16, TUAS sali TU2 Toinen vaalikokous: Valitaan hallitus muodostajan ehdotuksesta sekä toimikuntien johtajat ja käsitellään sääntöjä toisen kerran.
Hallituksenmuodostajaksi haku on auki 3.10.-18.10.
Hallitukseen haku on auki 3.10.-25.10.
Toimikuntien johtajaksi haku on auki 3.10.-16.11.
Toimihenkilöksi haku on auki 24.10.-26.11.

There will be two AS election meetings this year, on 21.10.2022 and 23.11.2022 in Maarintie 8. In the first meeting we will elect a Former of the Board. In the election meetings, AS’s 2023 board member/chairman, the board, and the leaders of the committees are elected. In addition, the rules of the guild are being changed at these meetings. .
