Oheessa killan brändityöryhmän työstämä yhdenvertaisuussuunnitelma. Suunnitelman tarkoituksena on avata CoC:ssä kuvattuja yhdenvertaisuuteen liittyviä osa-alueita. Suunnitelmaa on tarkoitus käyttää erityisesti osana killan vapaaehtoisten koulutusta. Suunnitelma ei ole varsinainen ohjesääntö, joten sitä ei varsinaisesti hyväksytä vaan se tuodaan vain esille.
Toivomme kommentteja asiakirjaan liittyen tänne foorumille tai Aivan Virallinen kanavalle. Kyseinen dokumentti tulee esittelyyn kiltakokoukseen osana hallituksen pohjaa.

Hi fellow guild members!
Attached is an equality plan developed by the guild’s brand committee. The purpose of the plan is to open up the areas of equality described in the CoC. The plan is intended to be used specifically as part of the training of guild volunteers. The plan is not an actual guideline, so it is not officially approved but is only presented.
The document is unfortunately only in Finnish. This is because the official administrative language of the guild is Finnish, and it helps avoid misunderstanding the document when interpreting what is stated. An official English translation is in the works and will be published as soon as possible.
