Killan pitkään työn alla ollut sääntöuudistus on tarkoitus saada voimaan vuoden 2023 aikana. Säännöt täytyy hyväksyä kahdessa peräkkäisessä kiltakokouksessa, joista ensimmäinen on vuosikokous 13.3.2023 (klo 17:00, AS1, TUAS-talo/Maarintie 8). Kevään/kesän aikana pidetään ylimääräinen kiltakokous toista hyväksymiskertaa varten.
Sääntöuudistuksen kommentoimista varten pidettiin syksyllä 2022 tilaisuus kiltalaisille, ja niitä on sen jälkeen hiottu vielä lopulliseen muotoonsa. Lisäksi niistä on pyydetty kommentit asianajajalta, ja näiden kommenttien perusteella ne on tarkistettu.
Säännöt uudistuneessa muodossaan käydään viimeisen kerran ennen kiltakokousta läpi hallituksen kokouksessa 1.3.2023 (kello 18:30). Säännöt käydään läpi pykälä pykälältä ja lopullinen, kiltakokouksessa esitettävä muoto hyväksytään esitettäväksi. Kokouksen jälkeen esitys uudistuneista säännöistä julkaistaan Forumilla Vuosikokous 2023-kategoriaan, ja uudistukset esitellään vielä kiltakokouksessa ennen hyväksymistä.

The guild has been working on new official rules for the guild for a while, and they will be confirmed during 2023. The rules have to be confirmed in two consecutive guild meetings. The first meeting will be the 2023 guild meeting on 13.3.2023 (17:00, AS1, TUAS/Maarintie 8). There will be an additional guild meeting during spring/summer, where the second confirmation will happen.
During fall 2022, a Q&A was held on the new rules. In addition, they’ve been checked and commented by a lawyer. The rules have been edited to match these comments.
The rules in their final form will be viewed by the board in a board meeting on 1.3.2023 (18:30). This is the last time to view the rules before the guild meeting, after which the board will agree to present the rules in the guild meeting. The board meeting and the guild meeting will be held in Finnish and the rules are currently only in Finnish, but after they have been confirmed, they will be professionally translated to English. Any questions about them can be answered in English as well.
After the board meeting on 1.3., the rules will be posted for viewing here in the Annual meeting 2023 category, and all reforms will be presented at the guild meeting before confirmation as well.
