Killan sääntöjen uudistus on ollut pitkään työn alla, ja nyt uudet säännöt olisi tarkoitus saada voimaan tämän vuoden loppuun mennessä. Säännöt ovat kokeneet laajan muutosprosessin ja pääset tutustumaan Brändityöryhmän työstämiin uusiin sääntöihin tämän linkin takaa!
Sääntöihin voi lisätä pieniä kommentteja käyttämällä Docsin kommentointi-ominaisuutta, mutta pidemmät kommentit pyydetään jättämään tämän postauksen alle. Asiasta kannustetaan käymään keskustelua Telegramin AivanVirallinen-kanavalla.
Heränneistä ajatuksista pääsee myös keskustelemaan sääntöuudistus Q&A:ssa, joka järjestetään torstaina 13.10. klo 17 eteenpäin TUAS-talolla salissa AS2. Tilaisuudessa pääset kuulemaan killan sääntöuudistuksesta ja kysymään kysymyksiä sääntöuudistuksen laatijoilta.
Killan sääntöjen muuttaminen vaatii niiden hyväksymistä kahdessa peräkkäisessä killan kokouksessa. Toinen hyväksymisistä tapahtuu killan toisessa vaalikokouksessa 16.11. ja toinen ylimääräisessä kiltakokouksessa. Ylimääräisen kiltakokouksen päivämäärä ilmoitetaan myöhemmin. Se, paljonko muutosehdotuksia sääntöihin vielä tulee, vaikuttaa prosessin kestoon.
The guild has been working on new official rules for the guild for a while, and now the new rules will be confirmed by the end of this year. Changing the rules of the guild requires the guild’s approval at two consecutive guild meetings. One of the approvals will take place at the second election meeting of the guild on 16.11. and another at an extra guild meeting. The date of the extra guild meeting will be announced later. based on how many proposals for changes to the rules still come. The number of new proposals will affect the duration of the process.
