Ohessa hallituksen pohjaesitys, eli esitys hallituksen rakenteesta, toimikunnista ja toimihenkilöistä vuodelle 2024. Hakuohjeet ja yleistä tietoa vaaleista julkaistaan erillisessä postauksessa.
Hallituksen pohjaesitys vuodelle 2024
Muutoksia viime vuoden pohjaesitykseen ovat seuraavat:
- Ehdotamme, että hallituksessa toimivan Master’s and International student Captainin (MISC) lisäksi valittaisiin toinen, toimihenkilönä toimiva MISC. Kaksi MISC:iä toimisivat tasavertaisina työpareina ja molemmat olisivat AYY:n KVTMK:n jäseniä. Lisäys tehtiin, koska koetaan, että kasvaneen työmäärän, vastuun ja sisäänoton myötä kaksi KV-kipparia olisi parempi kuin yksi.
- Häirintäyhdyshenkilöiden roolit on lisätty pohjaesitykseen
- SAS-yhdyshenkilö siirrettiin yrityssuhdetoimikunnan alaiseksi
- N-toimikunta on lisätty hallituksen pohjaesitykseen
- Kulttuuritoimikunnan toimihenkilöiden nimi on vaihdettu “Kultsiksi”
- Bränditoimikunnan toimihenkilöiden nimi on vaihdettu “Brändääjäksi”
- AS25-toimikuntaa ei luonnollisesti enää ole pohjaesityksessä
- Seniilisihteerin virkakuvauksesta poistettiin alumniyhdyshenkilön rooli
Lisähuomio: Hallituksen pohjaesityksessä vuodelle 2023 oli yrityssuhdetoimikunnan alainen Excursiovastaava, jota ei kuitenkaan nimitetty. Nyt kasvaneiden excujen johdosta hallitus suosittelee vahvasti tulevaa yrityssuhdevastaavaa nimittämään excursiovastaavan.

Here is the board’s proposal for the board and committee roles for 2024. The proposal is in Finnish but all questions about the proposal can of course be answered in English. Application instructions and general info about elections is posted in another topic.
The board’s proposal for board and committee roles for 2024
Changes to last year’s proposal:
- We propose that in addition to the Master’s and International Captain (MISC) who’s a board member, there would be another MISC elected to be a committee member in the AS Fuksi Committee. The two MISC’s would be equal in roles and both would be in AYY’s KVTMK. We think the addition would be good to help with the growing responsibilities and growing amount of new International and Master’s students.
- Confidential counselors were added to the proposal.
- SAS contact member was moved to be in the Corporate Relations Committee
- N-committee was added to the proposal
- Culture committee members’ name was changed to “Kultsi”
- Brand committee members’ name was changed to “Brändääjä”
- AS25 committee was naturally removed
- Being an alumni association contact person is no longer in the job description of Seniilisihteeri
Extra note: in the board’s proposal for 2023, there was an Excursion master role in the Corporate Relations committee, but one was never appointed. Due to the growing number of excursions in the guild, the board strongly suggests the 2024 Head of Corporate Relations to appoint an Excursion master.
