Killan hallitus esittää, että vuoden 2023 hallitukseen valitaan hallituksen puheenjohtaja ja jäsenet hallituksenmuodostajan esityksen pohjalta. Hallituksenmuodostaja valitaan 18.10. ensimmäisessa vaalikokouksessa ja esitys hallituksesta käsitellään toisessa vaalikokouksessa 16.11. Haku hallituksen jäseneksi alkaa 3.10. ja päättyy 25.10. Hallituksenmuodostaja voi tehdä valintoja ennen kuin haku hallitukseen sulkeutuu. Hallituksenmuodostajan ehdotus uudesta hallituksesta julkaistaan kiltalaisille 13.11.
Mikäli kokous hyväksyy esityksen, on hallituksenmuodostaja valittu hallituksen puheenjohtajaksi ja esityksessä mainitut henkilöt hallituksen jäseniksi. Jollei yleinen kokous hyväksy esitystä, on hallituksenmuodostajalla oikeus tehdä yleiselle kokoukselle uusi esitys.
Jos uutta esitystä ei edelleenkään hyväksytä, suoritetaan uusi hallituksenmuodostajan vaali ja hänen tulee antaa esityksensä hallituksen jäseniksi. Vaalimenettelyä jatketaan, kunnes yleinen kokous hyväksyy hallituksenmuodostajan tekemän esityksen.
Hallitus ehdottaa myös, että hallituksenmuodostajan ja sen myötä hallituksen muiden jäsenten lisäksi kiltakokous valitsee toimikuntien johtajat. Toimikuntien johtajiksi haku on auki 3.10.-16.11.
Muut toimihenkilöt valitaan vuoden 2023 hallituksen toimesta toimikuntien johtajien esityksestä. Kaikki hakemukset tehdään samaan Google Formiin 24.10.-26.11. Toimihenkilöt ja lopullisen toimihenkilörakenteen hyväksyy tulevan vuoden hallitus toimikuntien johtajien ehdotuksista.

The board of the guild proposes that the chairperson and members of the board for 2023 will be elected based on the proposal of the former of the board. The former of the board will be elected on 18.10. at the first election meeting, and the motion about the board will be discussed at the second election meeting on 16.11. If the new proposal is still not accepted, a new election of the former of the board will be held and they must give their proposal for board members. The election procedure will continue until the guild meeting approves the proposal made by the former of the board.
The board also proposes that in addition to the former of the board and, with that, the other members of the board, the guild meeting elects the leaders of the committees. The application for committee leaders is open from 3.10. to 16.11.
The other officials will be elected by the 2023 board based on the proposal of the committee leaders. All applications are made in the same Google Form from 24.10.-26.11. Officials and the final official structure will be approved by the next year’s board based on the proposals of the committee leaders.
