Moi!
Olen Pessi, 4. vuoden IT-opiskelija ja haen killan ISOpomoksi vuodelle 2024. ISOilu on itselleni ollut parhaita asioita, mitä olen päässyt killassa tekemään. Olen ollut ISOna kolmesti ennen tätä vuotta muiden roolien ohella. Koen silti, että minulla on vielä paljon annettavaa killallemme.
Miksi haen ISOpomoksi?
Haen tähän rooliin, sillä AS on antanut minulle paljon hyvää ja minulla on mahdollisuus tehdä siitä vieläkin mahtavampi kilta! Haluan ylläpitää sen rikasta ISOtoimintaa virkistyksillä ja hyvällä hengellä ISOille. Paras ISO fuksille on iloinen ISO! 
Miksi minut pitäisi valita?
Olen ollut paljon mukana killan ISOtoiminnassa: Kolmesti ISOna (DSD, AIT, AIT) sekä kahtena vuonna ASPUssa tosi-ISOna. Olen nähnyt erilaisia toimintatapoja, tapahtumia sekä tyylejä ja tietenkin ehtinyt tehdä myös paljon itsekin.
Olen kantanut vastuuta myös häirintäyhdyshenkilön roolissa tämän vuoden ja ASPUssa järjestänyt ja suunnitellut tapahtumia.
Pidän tapahtumien järjestämisestä ja olen hyvin motivoitunut hoitamaan asiat kunnialla loppuun, oli se sitten aamuyöllä siivoaminen tai tunteja ennen tapahtumien alkua niissä paikanpäällä auttaminen.
Mitä muuttaisin ISOpomona?
Viestintä ISOille on ollut aina erinomaista, mutta sitä voisi aina kehittää pidemmälle. Se, että ISOt tietävät ajoissa mitä, milloin ja missä tapahtuu vähentää hämmennystä ja helpottaa ISOjen työtaakkaa.
Uudehkon toimikunnan ASPUn toiminta voisi tehokkaammin ja paremmin vielä hyödyntää tosi-ISOjen apua. Pitkälle ollaan tultu, mutta kaikki työtaakka joka saadaan kippareilta/ISOpomolta pois antaa lisää aikaa ja jaksamista heille tehdä lisää mahtavia asioita fukseille ja ISOille.

I’m Pessi, a 4th year IT student and I’m applying to be the guild’s ISOboss for 2024. Being an ISO has been one of the best things I’ve been able to do in the guild. I have been an ISO three times before this year, among other roles. I still feel that I still have a lot to give to our guild.
Why am I applying?
I am applying for this role because AS has given me a lot of good things and I have the opportunity to make it an even greater guild! I want to maintain its rich ISO-culture with refreshments and being a good spirit for ISOs. The best ISO for a fuksi is a happy ISO!
Why should I be chosen?
I have been involved a lot in the guild’s ISO activities: Been an ISO three times (DSD, AIT, AIT) and two years in ASPU as a reallyISO. I’ve seen different methods, events, styles, and of course I’ve also had time to do a lot myself.
I have also borne responsibility in the role of confidential counselor this year and organized and planned events in ASPU.
I like to organize events and I’m very motivated to finish what I’ve started, whether it’s cleaning in the early hours of morning or helping with events hours before they start.
What would I change as ISOboss?
Communication to ISOs has always been excellent, but it could always be developed further. The fact that ISOs know what, when and where things are happening reduces confusion and eases the workload of ISOs.
The operation of our newish committee ASPU could use the help of reallyISOs more effectively and better. We have come a long way in two years, but all the workload that is removed from the captains/ISOboss gives them more time and endurance to do more awesome things for fuksis and ISOs.
