HÄIRINTÄYHDYSHENKILÖKSI AS:LLE?
Heippa kiltalaiset! AS:n uusi eettinen ohjesääntö (Code of Conduct) määrittelee häirintäyhdyshenkilön roolin luvussa 2. Killalle valitaan tänä vuonna ensimmäiset häirintäyhdyshenkilöt, joiden tehtävänä on olla ensimmäinen kontakti killan toimintaan osallistuville mahdollisen häirintätapauksen selvittämiseksi. Rooli on vastuullinen ja tärkeä, ja tästä eteenpäin killalle tullaan valitsemaan joka vuosi uudet häirintäyhdyshenkilöt. Häirintäyhdyshenkilöksi valittu henkilö tulee saamaan tehtäväänsä perehdytyksen. Häirintäyhdyshenkilö tekee myös yhteistyötä hallituksen kanssa ja tulee saamaan tukea roolissaan aina tarvittaessa ja ohjesäännön määräämällä tavalla. Häirintäyhdyshenkilöitä voidaan valita yksi tai useampi, jolloin vastuut jakautuvat sovitusti.
Jos haluaisit olla mukana luomassa parempaa ja turvallisempaa kiltayhteisöä häirintäyhdyshenkilön tehtävässä, niin tsekkaa tarkemmat häirintäyhdyshenkilön roolia kuvaavat speksit Code of Conductista ja hae tehtävään 9.4. mennessä tämän Google Forms-lomakkeen kautta. Lomakkeen vastauksia käsittelee luottamuksellisesti killan hallitus. Valintaprosessin etenemisestä ilmoitetaan hakijoille haun sulkeuduttua.

BECOME THE CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELOR FOR AS? (role requires Finnish speaking person)
Hi guildspeople! The guild’s new Code of Conduct (unfortunately only in Finnish for the time being) defines the role of confidential counselor in chapter 2. The guild’s board will choose the first confidential counselor(/s) this year, and the purpose of the role is to be the first contact for anyone participating in guild activity in case of any harassment issues and to be the lead in taking corrective action. The role is important and from this year forward there will always be a new confidential counselor(/s) appointed yearly. The person appointed will receive training and will work together with the board in ways described in the Code of Conduct. There can be one or several confidential counselors.
The confidential counselor(/s) for this year needs to be Finnish speaking, since the Code of Conduct is still only in Finnish, due to the official administrative language of the guild being Finnish. An unofficial English translation is in the works and will be published as soon as possible, but since this role needs to be appointed soon, Finnish is a requirement.
