Suosittelemme lämpimästi tutustumaan siihen, mikäli vaalit tai haku mihin tahansa rooliin kiinnostaa - sen lisäksi et tarvitse mitään muuta, kaikki tarvittava info löytyy sieltä.
Tässä kuitenkin myös yleiset tiedot ja aikataulu, mikäli joku sellaista kaipaa <3:
Yleistä tietoa
Automaatio- ja systeemitekniikan killan vaalikokouksia järjestetään kaksi ja ne pidetään 17.10.2025 sekä 06.11.2025. Vaalikokouksissa valitaan AS:n vuoden 2026 hallituksenmuodostaja/puheenjohtaja, hallitus, ja toimikuntien johtajat. Ensimmäisen vaalikokouksen jälkeen avautuu myös toimihenkilöhaku.
Vaalien pääalustana tulee toimimaan tämä foorumi. Foorumille julkaistaan tämän Vaalit 2025 -kategorian alle kaikki hakemukset ja muut vaaleihin liittyvät asiat. Keskustelua vaaleihin liittyvissä aiheissa voi käydä myös Telegramin AivanVirallinen-kanavalla.
Kysymyksiä vaaleihin liittyen voi esittää puheenjohtajalle Telegramissa @m_rmnv, tai sähköpostilla puheenjohtaja@as.fi. Kysymyksiin toki vastaillaan myös täällä foorumilla ja AivanVirallisessa.
Killan hallitus esittää, että vuoden 2026 hallitukseen valitaan hallituksen puheenjohtaja ja jäsenet hallituksenmuodostajan esityksen pohjalta.
Vaaliprosessi etenee seuraavasti:
Ennen ensimmäistä vaalikokousta pidetään hamuhiillostus 16.10., jossa hallituksenmuodostajaksi/puheenjohtajaksi hakeneille saa esittää kysymyksiä. Ensimmäisessä vaalikokouksessa 17.10. valitaan hallituksenmuodostaja, josta tulee puheenjohtaja. Mikäli hamuhakijoita on useampi, kokous päättää äänestyksellä, kuka valitaan rooliin. Haku hallituksen (pl. varapuheenjohtajaksi) alkaa 3.10. ja päättyy 22.10. Hallituksenmuodostaja eli hamu haastattelee kaikki hallituksen muihin virkoihin hakeneet henkilöt. Viime vuosina vakiintunut käytäntö on, että hamu valitsee ensin itselleen varapuheenjohtajan, joka sitten auttaa häntä hallituksenmuodostusprosessissa. Näin ei kuitenkaan tarvitse toimia - hamu päättää itselleen parhaan toimintatavan.
Hallituksenmuodostaja voi tehdä valintoja ennen kuin haku hallitukseen sulkeutuu.
Esitys hallituksesta käsitellään toisessa vaalikokouksessa 06.11.
Mikäli kokous hyväksyy esityksen, on hallituksenmuodostaja valittu hallituksen puheenjohtajaksi ja esityksessä mainitut henkilöt hallituksen jäseniksi. Jollei yleinen kokous hyväksy esitystä, on hallituksenmuodostajalla oikeus tehdä yleiselle kokoukselle uusi esitys.
Jos uutta esitystä ei edelleenkään hyväksytä, suoritetaan uusi vaali hallituksenmuodostajasta ja uuden valitun tulee esitellä ehdotuksensa hallituksen jäsenistä. Vaalimenettelyä jatketaan, kunnes yleinen kokous hyväksyy hallituksenmuodostajan tekemän esityksen.
Hallitus ehdottaa myös, että hallituksenmuodostajan ja sen myötä hallituksen muiden jäsenten lisäksi kiltakokous valitsee toimikuntien johtajat. Toimikuntien johtajiksi haku on auki 3.10. - 05.11. Mikäli tietyn toimikunnan johtajaksi on useampi hakija, he saavat kokouksessa esitellä itsensä ja vastata kokouksen esittämiin kysymyksiin, minkä jälkeen kokous päättää äänestyksellä, kuka valitaan rooliin.
Muut toimihenkilöt valitaan vuoden 2026 hallituksen toimesta toimikuntien johtajien esityksestä. Kaikki hakemukset tehdään samaan Google Formsiin 27.10. - 30.11. Toimihenkilöt ja lopullisen toimihenkilörakenteen hyväksyy tulevan vuoden hallitus toimikuntien johtajien ehdotuksista.
Hakemukset hallituksen muodostajaksi tai jäseneksi sekä toimikuntien vetäjiksi julkaistaan tähän forumiin Vaalit 2025 -kategoriaan, Hakemukset-alakategoriaan.

Valitaan hallitus hallituksenmuodostajan ehdotuksesta, toimikuntien johtajat sekä häirintäyhdyshenkilöt.

General
Two election meetings of the Guild of Automation and Systems Technology will be held on October 17th, 2025 and November 6th, 2025. In these meetings, the Board-former/Chairperson, the Board for 2026, and the committee leaders will be elected. After the first election meeting, the application period for officials will also open.
The main platform for the elections will be this forum. Under the Elections 2025 category, all applications and other election-related matters will be published. Discussion on election-related topics can also take place in the AivanVirallinen channel on Telegram.
Questions regarding the elections can be directed to the Chairperson via Telegram @m_rmnv or by email at puheenjohtaja@as.fi. Naturally, questions will also be answered here on the forum and in AivanVirallinen.
The Guild’s Board proposes that for the 2026 Board, the Chairperson and members be elected on the basis of the proposal presented by the Board-former.
The election process proceeds as follows
The Guild’s Board proposes that the chairperson and members of the board for 2026 will be elected based on the proposal of the former of the board.
Prior to the first election meeting, a grilling of the former of the board candidates will be held on 16th of October to ask questions. At the first election meeting on 17th of October, a board-former will be elected, who will become chairman. If there is more than one applicant, the meeting will decide by vote who will take the seat. The application period for board members (excl. vice chairperson) will start on 3rd of October and end on 22nd of October. The board-former will interview all those who have applied for other board positions. In recent years, it has become standard practice for the board-former to first select a vice-chairperson to assist it in the board formation process. However, this is not necessarily the case - the board-former decides on the best way forward.
The board-former can make choices before the application period for the board closes.
The proposal will be discussed at the second election meeting on 6th of November.
If the meeting approves the proposal, the board-former will be elected chair of the board and the persons named in the proposal will be elected as board members. If the general meeting does not approve the proposal, the board-former has the right to make a new proposal to the general meeting.
If the new proposal is still not accepted, a new election of a board-former will be held and they will have to submit their proposal for the members of the board. The election procedure shall continue until the Guild meeting approves the nomination of the board-former.
The Board also proposes that, in addition to the board-former and, by extension, the other members of the Board, the Guild Assembly elect the committee leaders. Applications for committee leaders will be open from 3rd of October to 5th of November. If there is more than one applicant for a particular committee leader, they will be invited to introduce themselves and answer questions from the floor at the meeting, after which the meeting will vote to decide who gets the position.
Other officials will be elected by the 2026 Board on the basis of nominations from the committee chairs. All applications will be submitted on the same Google Forms between 27th of October and 30th of November. The officers and the final officials structure will be approved by the Board for the coming year, based on proposals from the committee leaders.
Applications to be former of the board, board member, or committee leader are to be submitted on this Forum, in the Elections 2025 category, in the Applications subcategory.
